一、课题研究工作主要进展情况 我校从 2011 年开始, 结合学校工作和学生学习实际,酝酿并组织实施学 困生方面的调查研究,2012 年 3 月,正式向安康市教学研究室申报了《边远农 村小学学困生形成原因及对策研究》这一课题,在得到了安康市教学研究室批准 立项后,课题负责人参加了安康市教学研究室举办的 2012 年度小课题立项暨课 题负责人培训会,举行了开题仪式,并全面地展开了课题研究的各项活动。全体 课题组成员认真学习课题实施方案,拟定了切实可行的措施,确定了实验研究的 目标、主要内容和工作思路,并讨论了研究的重点、难点以及突破口,按照计划 有条不紊地开展研究工作,并且取得了初步成效。 在具体的课题研究过程中,我们主要从以下几方面具体展开的: (1)分层负责,形成网络。 通过课题组的认真酝酿研究,形成了校长(课题研究的主要负责人)、 教导主任(课题研究的具体组织者)、教研组(课题研究的具体实施者)、骨干 教师(课题研究的具体操作人)四个层面的课题研究网络。大家分层实施,层层 交互,分别从不同的层面展开课题研究工作,力争规范开展我们的教科研工作, 真正意义上落实于我们平时点点滴滴的教育教学工作中。 要求教师注意平时给予 学困生更多的关爱,利用课余时间提优补差,想尽一切办法,从不同的程度上提 高每一位学困生的学业成绩。实践证明,在每学期的期末教学质量检测中,各班 学生的检测结果较往年相比都有了不同程度的提高,上学期,我校陈世平、陈世 辉老师所带的六年级毕业二试合一的成绩名列全镇前列,平均分接近双八十;陈 世平老师所带的二年级数学平均分 88 分,名列全镇第二名;吴秀峰老师所带的 一年级语文平均分 95.03 分,名列全镇第三名,一年级数学平均分 78.6 分名列 全镇前列,郭丹老师所带的二年级语文平均分 93.6 分,名列全镇第四名,五年 级数学平均分 78.65 分, 名列全镇第五名;吴建友老师所带的四年级数学平均分 83.09 分,名列全镇第六名;白丹老师所带的四年级语文平均分 90.35 分,名列 全镇第五名;黄家波老师所带的五年级语文平均分 88.71 分,名列全镇第五名, 马玲老师所带的二年级数学平均分 87.1 分,名列全镇第四名,四年级数学平均 分 83.5 分名列全镇第四名,杨宗军老师所带的五年级数学平均分 78.68 分,名 列全镇第四名, 较往年都有大幅度的提高;陈世辉老师被推荐为县级先进教育工 作者, 评为镇级先进教育工作者, 黄家波、 陈世平二位老师被评为镇级优秀教师。 (2)健全制度,规范管理。 课题组研究制定了《课题组管理制度》,组织全体课题组教师认真学习,明确职 责,使课题管理进一步规范化。 (3)形成方案,明确方向。

课题开题后,我们研究制定了《边远农村小学学困生形成原因及对策研究》课题 实施方案,明确课题研究的背景与意义、研究目标、研究内容与方法。课题组成 员认真进行调查研究, 具体分析班级学困生形成的原因, 根据本班学生考试成绩、 课堂表现、 学习态度等综合表现确定学困生名单。 在逐个分析学困原因的基础上, 从学生实际情况出发,帮助学困生制定进步计划。 (4)个案研究,以点带面。 班主任老师作为此项课题的重要参与者,除了进行前期的摸底、调查、 分析之外, 还承担着建立学困生典型个案的重要研究任务,他们从各自班级的学 困生中精心选择个别学困生作为典型研究个案,为他们建立学困生成长记录袋, 记录学困生转化过程,积累学困生转化经验。成长记录袋每一名学困生一份,记 录了这些学困生成长转变中的点点滴滴,主要内容包括:学期初师生共同制定的 本学期学生成长计划; 学困原因及基本情况分析; 主要转化措施; 班内“兵教兵” 帮教合作学习分组名单; 师生助学情况记录;学生本学期各方面优秀作业或活动 作品(其中包括一本作业、一张图画、一副剪纸、一张照片、每次单元测试试卷、 自我检测练习……);教师鼓励性评价、家长意见等,其中的每一件作品都反映 了学困生在课题研究背景下的点滴转变。 (5)合作学习,共同提高。 各班根据班内学生情况进行分组,分散学困生,充分发挥小组合作学习 的作用。 并确定“兵教兵”结对帮扶人员名单。每一名学困生搭配一到两名成绩 优秀的学生,对每一单元中所要掌握的知识点、练习、作业都有优秀生帮助一一 落实。 (6)心理导航,点亮心灯。 针对学困生中明显存在的诸如自卑、自闭、性格极端等心理健康问题, 课题组特别对于学困生增加了心理健康教育方面的专题研究内容。课题组以马 玲、郭丹老师(心理健康辅导老师)负责管理的心理健康咨询室为阵地,向所有 学生敞开大门, 欢迎他们将自己心中的“秘密”向心理健康辅导老师倾诉,由马 玲、 郭丹老师给予他们心理健康专业方面的调适和疏导,力争将学校的心理健康 咨询室变成他们最可倾诉心中“秘密”的小天地。 (7)家校合作,展开研究。 除此以外, 学校还特别注重了家校合作。每学期各班还召开家长座谈会, 家校及时沟通交流,实时反馈这些孩子们的成长变化。除此以外,课题组教师与 学生家长采用多种方式进行沟通:电话联系、家长联系卡、短信联系、家校互访 等。 经常的联系使家校双方对学困生的情况能够及时了解,并且针对学生的情况 随时调整转化措施,采取更有效的策略。 (8)学科整合,推向纵深。

除了各学科课程方面的课题研究以外,学校也特别注重了班队活动和校 本课程这两块重要的课题研究阵地。课题组以大队部开展“十个好习惯”、“让 好习惯伴我一生”主题活动为课题研究的抓手,从行为习惯培养入手,给予学困 生更多的关注和参与活动的机会,帮助他们逐步形成良好的行为习惯和学习习 惯, 如今这些学困生中的一部分已经成为了学校少先队活动的中坚力量。同时以 我校的校本课程 “经典诵读、艺术课、农事通”为切入点,在诵读经典的过程 中, 净化学困生心灵, 培养学生良好的道德情操和坚强的意志品格, 通过艺术课、 农事通课程的教学过程中,让学困生找到自尊和自信。 二、取得的阶段成果 回顾一年多的课题研究,我们初步取得了如下一些研究成果: 1、学生方面:通过课题研究促进了教师教学理念的转变,使参于课题研 究的班级学困生有了较大转变,学生的基本素养得到大面积的提高。 2、教师方面:通过不断的理论学习与实际研究,我们明确了课题研究的 主要内容和研究目标,增强了课题研究意识,提高了课题研究的自觉性,教师的 素质得到了提升。课题组的教师能积极动笔进行反思、撰写论文,多篇教育教学 论文在校级评比中获奖并在刊物上发表。如陈世辉老师撰写了《让学困生在数学 学习中获得成功体验》、《留守学生的调查及对策》、《爱是留守学生生命中的 风帆》、《引领学困生走进数学世界》、《在体育中引领学困生学数学》、《数 学习题的巧妙布局》、《边远农村小学学困生形成的原因》等多篇论文;杨宗军 老师撰写了《浅谈转化学困生的几点体会》、《浅谈班主任工作的几点体会》等 多篇论文; 马玲老师撰写了 《浅谈小学数学有效复习》 、 《转化后进生的点滴谈》 、 《鼓励是转化学困生的良方》 等多篇论文; 郭丹丹撰写了 《学困生转化之我见》 。 三、课题研究中存在的问题或不足 在持续将近一年的学困生课题研究中, 我们取得了一些可喜的研究成果, 这些成果凝聚着课题组所有成员的心血。 但我们同时也清醒地看到在课题研究中 还存在一些不如意的地方: 1、学困生转化成绩不均衡,部分班级转化成效不明显。个别教师对于学 困生转化工作重视程度不够,不能够把关注学困生的工作持续有效地开展起来。 2、 学困生转化工作开展时间短,高年级长期落后的学生赶上来需要一个 较长的过程。 3、 教师日常教学工作非常繁忙, 如何处理好教育教学与科研工作的关系, 成为摆在教师面前的问题。 四、继续加强家、校、社三个方面的研究
