李惠(哈尔滨工业大学教授)

李惠,博士、教授、博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。2006年获第三届“中国青年女科学家奖”提名奖,2015获“国际结构健康监测年度风云人物”称号。

2018年5月,入选第三批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。 

1994年于哈尔滨工业大学(原哈尔滨建筑大学)工程力学获博士学位;

1994-1996于中国地震局工程力学研究所从事博士后研究;

1996-至今于哈尔滨工业大学(原哈尔滨建筑大学)任副教授、教授、博士生导师;

主要研究方向为结构健康监测、结构振动控制、智能与高强混凝土及结构。

主持研究或完成1项国家杰出青年科学基金、1项国家自然科学基金重点项目(子题)、2项面上项目,2项国家863计划探索项目,1项教育部跨世纪优秀人才计划和1项省杰出青年基金、1项交通部西部建设科技计划等多项省部级项目。获省部级科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项(排名1、2)、三等奖2项、国家专利7项;出版专著2部,在国内外期刊发表论文150篇,其中10篇SCI,30篇EI,25篇ISTP,3篇国际会议大会报告;应邀在美国加州理工学院、南加州大学、加州Irvine分校和休斯顿大学等国际知名大学讲学;在多个国际会议上担任重要职务。

在结构振动控制领域,对结构主动与半主动控制系统、试验、算法、设计方法和工程应用进行了系统研究。1997年率先将被动耗能减振技术应用于建筑结构抗震加固中;2000年以来,系统发展了地震损伤自监测与自控制形状记忆合金智能土木工程结构;2003年与欧进萍院士合作,在国内外首次建立了结构振动控制系统统一设计方法;2004年牵头和合作完成了世界上第二个磁流变液智能阻尼减振系统的工程应用,是国际土木工程领域发现并揭示负刚度控制现象的三人之一。

在结构健康监测领域,发展了基于SMA和碳纤维的损伤自感知与自修复两种智能土木工程结构;研究了桥梁结构健康监测系统设计方法与实现技术;牵头和合作完成了世界上第一座大量使用光纤传感器的大跨桥梁结构健康监测系统的设计与实施;建立了大跨斜拉桥健康监测系统的第一代和第二代Benchmark模型;本项目的有关成果已经在国家游泳中心(2008奥运会)、山东滨州黄河公路大桥、山东东营黄河公路大桥、哈尔滨松花江斜拉桥等大型结构上得到应用。

在智能与高性能混凝土及结构方向,在国内外首先提出并系统研究了纳米机敏混凝土及其多功能特性(压敏特性及其机理、力学性能及其机理,耐久性及其机理);发展了机敏混凝土传感器,并将其应用于大型桥梁结构健康监测中。建立了约束高强混凝土统一本构关系;提出了以钢管混凝土叠合柱为核心的新型高强混凝土组合结构,系统研究了该类新型组合结构的抗震性能,建立了相应的抗震设计方法,上述成果已经在20余栋高层建筑上得到应用,并编制了高强混凝土叠合柱设计规程,出版了《高强混凝土及其组合结构》。
